Ocracoke Island’s only grocery store, The Variety Store, is our one-stop island shop where you’ll find produce, meats, beer and wine, and all of your grocery needs. They also carry a wide variety of t-shirts, beach supplies, ice, household items, over-the-counter medicines, and gifts. They have everything from sunscreen and toilet paper to bait and propane tanks. Chances are that if they don’t have it, you don’t need it.
