Presented by Ocracoke’s own community-supported radio station WOVV 90.1 FM, the Annual WOVV Women’s Arm-Wrestling Tournament never disappoints. This double-elimination tournament is as much about the spectacle of costumes and wrestling personas as it is about strength. The ladies always impress with their powerful biceps and fierce determination.
